DevCap International is a real estate development consultancy which provides strategic advice and professional services throughout the development process – from pre-development planning and due diligence right through procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy and completion.

With experience covering the commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors, the primary focus of our business is advising clients on the delivery of specialized and/or more complex development projects. Our clients include lenders, investors, corporate users and developers.

We specialize in managing large construction loans of behalf of lenders and are currently representing a UK based lending group in the management of several large stressed construction loans. (see our services section for more detail)
